Cold Rolling Machine

The copper rod cold rolling mill is used for copper rod upcasting line. It uses two rollers to compress and elongate up-casting free-oxygen copper rod by cold rolling. Іt саn соntіnuоuѕlу rоll thе Ф 20 mm-Ф 17 mm red copper bar ingot to Ф 8 mm copper bar at once. The rolled copper bar has very good mechanical and physical properties and its internal metallurgical structure will be reasonably changed to make different sizes of crystal grains evenly distributed, promote the smoothness of surface,satisfy the tensile strength of copper bar and provide the necessary conditions for drawing copper wire in the subsequent procedure. The equipment is widely used to produce the thick wires for the conductors of electric cables,the thin wires for flexible electric cords and other copper alloy copper,etc.This machine consists of continuous rolling mill machine, copper rod coiling take-up machine, transmission lubrication system, and emulsion cooling system. The main motor of rolling mill and the take-up machine both adopt frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. The mechanical transmission parts and bearing use oil back flow type lubrication, copper rod rolling use emulsion spraying type cooling. lubricating oil and cooling emulsion are separated reasonably, therefore the machine equipment reliability, durable performance, easy to maintenance.
