Product Description

Phosphorus copper alloy is an excellent deoxidant and plays a very important role in the field of non-ferrous casting. It can effectively remove oxygen particles from the molten metal, effectively improving the quality and yield of castings. Its main production process is electrolytic copper and red or white phosphorus, which are synthesized at high temperature.e.

Performance characteristics

1. This product is used for the melting of copper and copper alloys, effectively removing oxygen from copper melt, significantly reducing oxidation inclusions, and thus improving the mechanical properties of alloys. The melting temperature of this product is 900-1020 ℃.
2. Used for deoxidation treatment during the melting of alloys such as phosphorus deoxidized copper, tin bronze, lead bronze, chromium bronze, manganese bronze, brass, zinc white copper, and oxygen free copper.

Usage

1. Bake and dry before use.
2. Gently pour this product into the melt, stir well, and let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
